Meet the Teachers

The AmeriKids staff consists of a Teacher, an Assistant Teacher, and a Teacher’s Aide. 
Together, they work closely with parents and the Board of Directors in order to create a
preschool program that successfully serves all of its children. 

Nympha

Introducing Teacher Nympha

Teacher Nympha has been the Director/Teacher at AmeriKids Preschool since 1999.  Her professional teaching experience began in 1986 and includes teaching positions at the International School, Manila and Southville International School.  Her educational background includes a B.S. in Elementary Education and she completed the course work for the M.A. Program in Educational Administration offered at Philippine Christian University.  Teacher Nympha has also taught preschool students on Sundays at Union Church for the last 17 years.  Most recently, she has attended training courses provided by the embassy medical unit in both CPR and First Aid procedures as well as Universal Precautions. 



Diony

Introducing Teacher Diony

        Teacher Diony has been an Assistant Teacher for more than 11 years and has been the Assistant Teacher at AmeriKids Preschool since 1998.  Recently, she attended training courses provided by the embassy medical unit in CPR, First Aid procedures, and Universal Precautions.


Mila

Introducing Teacher Mila

        Teacher Mila is the most recent addition to our teaching staff.  She has been the Teacher’s Aide at AmeriKids Preschool since August, 2003.  Recently, she attended the Universal Precautions in-service provided by the embassy medical unit and she will take both CPR and First Aid courses at the earliest possible date.
